Registration is by MAIL ONLY.  
Space is limited.  Registrations taken on a first come first serve basis.

DAY CAMP DEPOSITS:

Charlotte Area:

The Camp contract price is $130 for each child. Registration fees are set by the host church. All camps are secured by a signed contract and $500 non-refundable deposit. 50% of the fee is due 90 days in advance of the camp date (includes initial deposit), with the balance due 10 days before the camp date.

 

COST: The $130.00 cost includes a minimum of 3 directors, 30 hours of rehearsal, 1 hour of performance and all supplies, costumes, t-shirts etc. This averages out to less than $5.00/hour/camper!

 

Minimum 20 campers - Maximum 60 campers. We will be glad to come to your church for less than 20 campers, however, the church will still be charged for 20 campers minimum. We can enroll up to 60 campers, and additional staff will be hired to accommodate the size of camp.

 

Outside The Charlotte Area:We Love Acting Up is available to churches and groups outside of the Charlotte area. The cost of a camp includes the contract fee plus travel costs to the host church location, to be determined at time of contract.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Include entire camp amount in the annual budget. The church is able to offer the camp at a lower cost as an outreach to the kids in their church and community.

2. Budget a portion of the fee and subsidize the cost, collecting only a portion of the fee from participants.

3. Pass on all of the camp cost to the participants, and offer scholarships to those in need.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation by We Love Acting Up

In the event of cancellation by We Love Acting Up due to illness, injury or other unavoidable emergency, We Love Acting Up will refund all deposits paid to date. If desired, the church may instead choose to reschedule the event at a mutually agreeable date and apply all deposits to the rescheduled event.

 

Cancellation by Church

The $500 initial deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the church for any reason within 90 days of the event date, payment of the full base fee is required, payable by Monday of the cancelled camp week.

Beginning in January, we start a waiting list, on a first come, first serve basis.
