We Love Acting Up, LLC "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as for the Lord, not for men." Colossians 3:23 (NIV) Mission Statement: We Love Acting Up uses stories filled with positive messages, character traits, and Bible truths. We are committed to helping develop each child’s self-confidence, creativity and character. Our Goal is for campers to experience the joy of praising God through acting, singing, art and dancing. Our Ministry: Our Ministry is based on Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as for the Lord, not for men." We Love Acting Up is non-denominational. The material is Christ-centered. Our goal is to create an environment of love, grace, and joy in order to draw participants closer to God. We encourage children to ACT UP in all they do, based on Colossians 3:23. Our Program: Our Program is designed to use Bible verses and character traits throughout the week that promote teamwork, build confidence and broaden imagination. Basic Theater training and techniques, dance steps and vocal skills will also be taught through games, activities and rehearsal. Our Team: Our Team consists of teachers and college students who have experience ministering to children. A criminal background check is conducted for all employees. We take the responsibility of working with the children entrusted to our care very seriously. Artistic Director: Artistic Director, Stefanie Nicholson Haney has a BFA in Theatre/Performance from the University of Georgia. She has been teaching drama in the Charlotte area for the last 10 years. She has toured professionally in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Kentucky. Stefanie has the gift of teaching and shepherding. It is her heart's desire to bring children closer to Christ and to develop confidence in who they are through Drama. After much prayer and consideration she has decided to establish a Drama Ministry.
