After-school Workshops are offered to After-school Teachers as an additional Enrichment activity. All students participate. Great for Teacher Workdays! 
Workshop Themes: (Grades 1-5)
1 Week - One Hour
Cost: $150.00
(Payment Due in Full on day of workshop)
Lights Camera Action - Do you crave the spotlight? Then this workshop is for you! We'll provide the scripts and scenes - and after playing a few quick theater games - we'll hold an audition, rehearse and perform short scenes for each other that will put you in the Spotlight! Props and costume pieces will be provided. (uses a script)
Let's go to the Movies - Actors will recreate scenes from their favorite movies, play games and learn secrets of the trade. We'll add costume pieces and props to bring scenes to life.
Let's Make a Scene - Get ready to think on your feet and make a scene that will bring applause! Workshop will include improvisational games and activities to bring out your creative side. We'll use props to establish location, create characters, and scenes to perform.
Once Upon A Time - is a phrase that captures imagination and brings stories to life. Participants will take favorite Fairy Tales and add their own twist to create an original Once Upon A Time Fairy Tale. We'll use storytelling games to assist in developing character, voices, and physicalization to create our own tale. Props and costume pieces will be provided.
Director must sign Contract for students to participate in workshop and is responsible for the payment.
